Hanna Pakarinen is performing at Cannes Film Festival as a part of the Finnish movies’ promotion on Saturday May 19th. Hanna will perform the theme from the motion picture “Musta jää” that was composed by Apocalyptica’s Eicca Toppinen. The movie will debut on October 19th 2007.

YLE opens Hanna's Eurovision website

YLE, the Finnish broadcasting company, participates in Hanna's undertaking in the Eurovision song contest by opening a new promotional website, which can be found here. The site offers e.g. a new video for the contest piece "Leave Me Alone".

Eurovision performing sequence drawn

Hanna will be the fifth performer in the Eurovision song contest on May 12. The official sequence was drawn during an event held at Finlandia Hall. "Fifth place is quite ok. When you get onstage right at the beginning, you won't have to stress over your performance for too long", Hanna said right after the lottery.
